A. Orders process within 3-5 business days to ensure payment security and careful packaging to maintain premium quality.
Q. What are expected shipping times?
A. Once processed and shipped orders usually deliver within 5-8 business days, orders with multiple items may come in separate parcels. Orders with a value of 500+ receive upgraded complimentary express shipping (3-5 business days.)

A. Yes, we ship worldwide for free. No minimum order amount required.
Q. What is our Return/Refund Policy?
A. At this time, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are committed to resolving it. If your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to make corrections—please reach out to us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed and an issue arises, contact our support team at contact@rsvparchive.org, and we will work with you to find the best solution, including a possible replacement. Refund or cancellation requests must be made within the order processing window for the best assistance.
Q. Is there a maximum order amount?
A. No, but orders with a value of 1000+ go through additional security screening to protect against fraud and ensure a smooth, safe transaction. Additionally, we prioritize premium handling for all high-value orders.
Q. Are there any discount codes?
A. Yes, you can sign up to get a special code for 15% off your first purchase or you can bundle items and you get 15% off on all additional items. The main item in the cart can be the lowest cost item and you can apply the 15% discount to the higher priced item(s) in your cart. We also have a loyalty rewards program for those who create an account with us.
